{"id":1028,"date":"2015-09-28T11:53:02","date_gmt":"2015-09-28T10:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/?p=1028"},"modified":"2018-06-22T16:12:15","modified_gmt":"2018-06-22T15:12:15","slug":"prof-peter-boenisch-invited-to-be-fellow-at-international-research-college","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/arts-news\/2015\/09\/28\/prof-peter-boenisch-invited-to-be-fellow-at-international-research-college\/","title":{"rendered":"Prof. Peter Boenisch invited to be Fellow at International Research College"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During the academic year 2015\/16, the School of Art\u2019s Peter M Boenisch, Professor of European Theatre, is a Fellow at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.geisteswissenschaften.fu-berlin.de\/en\/v\/interweaving-performance-cultures\/fellows\/fellows_2015_2016\/index.html\">International Research College \u201cInterweaving Performance Cultures\u201d at Berlin\/Germany<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The College, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, invites around ten Fellows from across the globe every year in order to investigate processes in which different cultures meet through performance.<\/p>\n<p>Previous fellows include Rustom Bharucha, Nicola Savarese, Rabih Mrou\u00e9, and Susan Leigh Foster.
