New partnership between Kent and The Beaney House of Art & Knowledge to launch next academic year…
Exciting news! The Division of Arts & Humanities at Kent is going into partnership with The Beaney House of Art & Knowledge, Canterbury’s leading museum. This means that in 2022 Art History’s MA Curating exhibition will take place in the special exhibitions gallery in The Beaney: an exhibition space, on the High Street right in the centre of town, which has government indemnity. This means that our postgraduate students will be able to request loans from national collections. They will also be working with professional art handlers and curators at The Beaney and the student-curated exhibition will be part of the museum’s programme of events in Summer 2022, benefiting from the marketing and footfall that come with this prestigious venue. We are really looking forward to this new creative collaboration between Art History at Kent and The Beaney!
