With keynote lectures by David Herd (University of Kent), Stephen Collis (Simon Frazer University), and Lize Mogel (Independent Artist),\u00a0it also\u00a0includes speakers from over ten countries and a variety of disciplines &#8211;\u00a0all aimed at creating dialogues between art history and literary studies. The conference is funded by the Terra Foundation for American Art, the British Association for American Studies, the Centre for American Studies at the University of Kent and the D\u00e9partment d&#8217;Etudes Anglophones at the University of Strasbourg.
