The journal will publish new scholarship focused on theoretical, experimental, postmodernist, and avant-garde writing produced by Native American and First Nations authors, as well as book reviews on relevant work in Indigenous Studies, and new creative work that seeks to push boundaries.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre for American Studies at the University was founded in 1973 and, over the last thirty years, has developed a strong interdisciplinary research culture. Transmotion is a collaborative venture with academics at California State University, the University of Georgia and European University Cyprus which celebrates the centre\u2019s commitment to collaborative and interdisciplinary study.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Centre for American Studies\u00a0and The School of English are delighted announce the launch of a new online journal.
