Living in Park Wood

Dhvni and Pratigya show you around their 5 bed Park Wood House on the Canterbury campus

Park Wood is our largest accommodation area on the Canterbury campus and home to around 2000 students. There are both en-suite (Park Wood Flats) and shared facilities rooms (Park Wood Houses) as well as KMMS and returning student accommodation in Park Wood meaning you’ll be surrounded by a real mix of people. You’ll also be close to all of Kent Sport’s facilities which you can utilise for free with your included sports membership or grab some essentials or a drink in the Student Hub.

Here two of our third-year students Dhvni and Pratigya show you around their 5 bed Park Wood House:

We love Park Wood because of its community feel and green spaces, but if you are still trying to choose your room check out our blog on deciding what accommodation is right for you or take a look around our website which gives you more detail (and virtual tours) of all the rooms we have available on campus at Canterbury or in Pier Quays in Medway.

Don’t forget you should apply for accommodation online directly through us before 31 July, and if you are a first-year student you’ll be guaranteed to receive a room offer!
