We’re honoured to be a part of your special day, joining your friends and family in celebrating your achievements and hard work over the last few years. With this in mind, we want to help you to have the best day ever. Whether you have a long drive ahead of you or you’d just like to relax after the event, you can stay locally and book affordable accommodation with us for you and your family. Better yet, relive your uni days and book some nostalgic campus accommodation with your graduating friends and celebrate together! Whoever you choose to celebrate with, we have campus accommodation to suit you.
Which ceremonies can I currently book accommodation for?
Accommodation on our Canterbury campus is currently available to book from Sunday 26 July – Saturday 1 August 2026. Book accommodation before 1 May 2026 and receive a reduced rate when quoting LAUNCH26.
Which rooms are available?
We currently have en-suite bed and breakfast rooms from £59.75 per night, alongside self-catered options, available to book from £33 per person per night. All rooms are 4-5* VisitEngland rated and include free parking and Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay.
Keynes Flats offers single and double en-suite rooms, which include breakfast from £59.75 per room per night.
Park Wood offers single rooms from £33 per person per night in our 5 bed self-catered houses (£165 respectively). These are great options for groups as the houses are self-contained with a shared bathroom, single bedrooms and a kitchen. (Please note, all rooms in a house must be booked and paid for in one payment).

Can we book as a group?
Whether you want to book as a family group or stay with friends you’re graduating with, we welcome group and individual bookings at Canterbury. Just email us to arrange your booking.
What else do I need to know?
- Arrival/Departure: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am.
- Breakfast: For guests staying in B&B rooms, breakfast will be served in Keynes Café & Kitchen located in Keynes College between 7:45am – 10am. Park Wood Houses are self-catering only and do not include breakfast. Self-catering equipment is provided in the kitchens. You are welcome to visit any open self-catering outlet to purchase breakfast.
