The School of Computing is proposing to introduce a new programme from September 2016. This will be a free-standing, self-contained year, offered to students from other Schools in the University and can be taken after stage two or three (that is, between the second and final year, or after the final year).

During the year students will work exclusively within the School of Computing, returning to their ‘home’ School and registered degree and ultimately graduating (if successful) with a degree title augmented to ‘with a Year in Computing‘.

Students are invited to a Kickstart Lunch on Wednesday 4 November at 13.00, in SW101 in Cornwallis, Canterbury Campus.

Any student who would like to find out more, share pizza and talk with others about their interest in tech, is welcome to attend.
