The School of Computing is seeking to appoint a Head of Computing (Medway) to lead our team at our Medway Campus. The post is given the grade of Professor to reflect the level of leadership and managerial responsibility.
The successful candidate will have vision and proven leadership skills as well as a successful track record in research and teaching at all levels. S/he will report directly to the overall Head of School and will play a crucial part in the management and strategy formulation of the School. His/her appointment as Professor is open-ended and s/he will shadow the current Academic Lead prior to his retirement before taking over as Head of Computing (Medway) for an initial period of 3 years.
