Emmott and Narrative Comprehension Part 2

At our next meeting on Wednesday 19th March (3.15pm, LingLab, Rutherford College), we will be continuing our discussion of Emmott’s cognitive model of narrative comprehension alongside Relevance Theory.

Tony Bex has kindly pointed us in the direction of this paper on the subject, which will make useful preparatory reading.
