Are you having a difficult time at university?

Are you finding it hard to find time to socialise?

Do you sometimes feel like you have no one to talk to?

Are you finding it difficult to cope?

Whatever the reason may be, the Kent Student Social Support Network can help. We meet together every fortnight to support one another, socialise and have fun.

We believe that whatever our own experiences of university life are, we can use them to help one another because the likelihood is that other people are going through the same thing. We are not run by counsellors or doctors and the group is very informal. Occasionally we also have visitors to the group who lead us in activities such as mindfulness, relaxation, assertiveness and many more. We also love to just socialise, make new friends and go out together.

So join us today and become part of a unique network of Kent students supporting each other through university life. The group is always open to new members.

To find out when the next meeting is email us on studentsocialsupportnetwork@kent.ac.uk or follow us on Twitter: @unikentsssn

We also post regular updates on our blog: www.blogs.kent.ac.uk/studentsocialsupportnetwork

If you would like to have a chat to us before coming to the meeting then feel free to email us or give us a call. We’re always happy to talk!
