Arriva’s m-ticket app is being replaced with a brand new and improved app. If you have a current ticket on the old app, for example a student academic year ticket, you will need to transfer the ticket to the new app before 7 April at midnight.

Mobile tickets can be bought through the app and need to be activated before you travel. Then simply show the driver the m-ticket on your screen. (You don’t need internet access once you have purchased the ticket.)
