Professor of Mathematics, Professor Elizabeth Mansfield, from the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science (SMSAS) at the University of Kent, will be discussing pioneering mathematician, Emmy Noether, on BBC Radio 4’s iconic radio programme, In Our Time.
Elizabeth will be one of three professors discussing Noether’s influential work during an episode due to be aired on Thursday 24 January.
