Workshop: Adult-Perpetrated Pet Abuse: What Do We Know and Where Do We Go From Here?

7 December 2015

Adults commit a significantly high proportion of animal abuse yet the literature is disproportionately focused on child perpetrators of this type of offending. There is also some research that makes a link between pet abuse and maladaptive/abusive households.

The Centre of Research and Education in Forensic Psychology (CORE-FP) is holding an interactive workshop for researchers and practitioners at all levels with the aim of bridging the gap between research and practice in this area.
