Professor Feargal Cochrane, Director of the Conflict Analysis Research Centre and Professor of International Conflict Analysis in the School of Politics and International Relations, gave written evidence to the House of Lord’s EU Select Committee, Brexit Devolution Inquiry on 2 March 2017. As part of his written evidence, Professor Cochrane included a policy proposal that would avoid a ‘hard border’ in Ireland after the UK leaves the EU.
