Looking to get moving? Check out Kent Sport’s newest timetable booklet filled to the brim with activities! It’s now available in the Sports Centre and the Pavilion and is the perfect way to find out about all the great ways you can join in, outside of clubs and societies.
There’s something for everyone in this year’s Sport at Kent, helping you branch out to meet new people and get involved. The booklet highlights all our activities and events including our Inter College, Intramural and Kent Amateur Football League (KAFL) which starts this term.
Kent Sport also provides an exciting range of fitness and dance classes in the fitness studio at the Sport Centre, such as Circuits, Zumba, Body Pump, Spinning, Hatha Yoga and many more. All classes are free to Gold and Silver Kent Sport members.
We have events that do not require membership like our Let’s Play initiative which offer a wide range of activities for just £1 such as swimming lessons, basketball, badminton and many more. This is your chance to give these activities a go and enjoy the session without feeling obligated to join! The timetable also contains our dedicated This Girl Can weight lifting session.
