Debra has been coming to many of the Let’s Play sessions ranging from netball to badminton as well as swimming! She is always bubbly, full of energy and up for trying something new even if it is out of her comfort zone!

‘The Let’s Play program is an essential benefit to students and I’m thrilled to be part of it! I have struggled with losing weight and getting healthy for several years now and being an older student having the opportunity to enjoy affordable exercise on a regular basis is vital to my time here at the University. It’s also the enthusiasm of the instructors and the genuine concern they place on our happiness and health goal achievements. With such a diverse range of times and activities to suit all our needs and wants the program is ideal for busy student schedules. I truly am so grateful to the Let’s Play staff and the University for providing me with a great way to get healthy and all within my budget!’
