Janet - Xercise Factor week fourMind the tata’s Janet!
“To be honest, I don’t even know where to begin, as so much has happened! From Jeni advising people in zumba not to be my friend, to Jeni again lol encouraging my own lecturer to yell at me whilst I’m training in the gym (only Jeni could orchestrate this) its been a crazy week.

This week was reading week and I decided to stay here. Why you ask? G-Y-M.

This week was also my sisters 21st birthday that fell on a Tuesday and she wanted all of us to go out for dinner. I actually tried to convince my sister to move her birthday to Friday to fit around my gym schedule LOL to which she flatly refused (I don’t see why, Friday leads to the weekend anyway).

Jeni thinks she has created a monster gym wise and I am inclined to agree. This weekend, I went shopping with my friend at the Ashford designer outlet. The only items I brought back were from Nike, I also have had nightmares this week about missing scheduled training sessions which have resulted in me waking up in a panic to find out I haven’t. I really don’t know what I have become. However! I climbed the Washington monument on that versa climber in 5:01 minutes where last week it was 7:25!! So I can’t really call that machine an enemy anymore, it’s more of an acquaintance that you nod at when you see. Still not my friend though.”
