Inter College Football League Elect

On Thursday 2 June, ICFL Elect, the best 16 players from the Inter College Football League, lined up to face Kent FC Men’s 2nds XI in a one off charity exhibition match raising money for Cancer Research UK.

From the outset the chances were there and both sides were fighting hard to make the breakthrough.

However, Kent FC soon made the break through with a goal from Milo Whittaker. 3 more goals from George Hebden Lee, Jamal Simms and Deniz Alp of Kent FC saw Kent FC run away with the game with a 4-0 lead before half time.

After half time the ICFL Elect team bolstered their defence and the score remained 4-0 until the end of the game.

Congratulations to Kent FC on their victory. Thank you to all players and spectators who helped to raise £70 for Cancer Research UK.
