Dr Virginia Spiegler to give Opening Keynote Speech at The Crowd Forum

Kent Business School’s Dr Virginia Spiegler, Senior Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management has been invited to give an opening keynote speech on Sustainable Supply Transformation at The Crowd Forum in London.

The event will be held on 6 November and other speakers include Kate Wylie, Global Sustainability Director, Mars; Axel Threlfall is Editor-at-Large, Reuters; and Kirstie McIntyre, Global Director for HP’s Social and Environmental Responsibility Operations.

The Crowd Forum will bring together senior managers in sustainability and procurement to investigate how two mega trends are driving sustainable supply transformation. These are hyperconnectivity and social media and disruptive digital transformation with the wave of new technologies such as IoT, Blockchain and Big Data.
