This evening (Tuesday 30th January) Dr Timothy Bowman will be giving a talk to the UKC History Society on ‘The non- celebrity historian and the media: some personal reflections.’

Dr Bowman has been involved in various projects projects with television and radio as a consultant and advisor, and was the lead academic advisor for the ‘WW1 at Home’ series. If you are considering a career in the media, or would like to hear Dr Bowman’s thoughts on working with the media as a historian, head along to Grimond Lecture Theatre 2 at 7pm.
