Student Group hosts last ever Law Ball for Campaign

On Saturday 23 January our Kent Law Campaign Student Group (KLCSG) hosted the last student Law Ball of the Campaign.

With a 1920’s theme the guests certainly dressed to impress! Ladies bought their feather boas and pearls and the gentlemen adorned their bow ties and Derby hats.

Taking place at the Kent County Cricket Ground, students, staff and alumni attended the event and were treated to a night to remember with plenty of laughter and fun.
Guests had the opportunity to dance to a fantastic live Jive/Swing band, The Quarter Notes, dabble in a little playful roulette provided by AK Casino Knights and dance the night away to music mixed by DJ Crooks.

During the evening the Kent Law Campaign Student Group presented a short presentation video showcasing the progress of the build and thanking everyone for their support. Speeches were also given by Professor John Fitzpatrick and Vinissa Arulanantham (Chair of KLCSG).

The last Student Law Ball was made possible by generous sponsorship from of the Kent Law School and for this we are extremely grateful. All money raised on the night through ticket sales and donations will go directly to the Kent Law Campaign.

We would like to thank Kent Law School and the Kent Law Campaign Student Group for supporting the Campaign and making the last Student Group Law Ball a huge success.
