Dr Maria Mälksoo will present at the Baltic Symposium 2018 at the UCL, London on 20th April 2018. Her talk is entitled ‘Baltic Security Dilemmas and Elegies‘.
The Baltic Symposium 2018 is organised by the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies, the Baltic Council in Great Britain, and the Embassies of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in London.
