Registration fees for internal delegates
One-day and two-day registration options are available.

* The registration fee covers all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches on the chosen days of attendance. The registration fee does not cover conference dinner. If you would like to attend the conference dinner, please contact atrc@kent.ac.uk by email.

One-day and two-day registration options are available.

* For 2-day Registration, the fee covers all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches on both days and conference dinner on the evening of 17th July 2017.
** For 1-day Registration, the fee covers all sessions, coffee breaks and lunch on the chosen day of attendance.
Delegates with 1-day registration will also have the option to attend the conference dinner on the evening of 17th July 2017 for an additional fee of £10.
Accommodation
During the registration process, delegates will have the option of booking on-campus accommodation at University of Kent.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made on or before 12th June will be refunded minus a £35 administration fee.
Cancellations made after 12th June, will be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee, but substitutions will be possible.
For amendments resulting in a partial refund of your payment, a £10.00 administration fee will apply.
